"Void" Space in Store Header: How can I alter this?

Attached you will see a pic of my header for my store.

I’d really like to fill up that void white space on the left. Either by bringing down those menu items at the top… or maybe even being able to put a graphic there. Or possibly bringing down those menu items, and making my logo go all the way across. UNSURE… but, all that negative white space looks horrible.

Same with the white space on the left side underneath my log.

Help!

(Btw – I am using OpenCart as a software/module within my web-hosts cPanel, in case that is needed information.)

I don’t know why I can’t get the graphic of my screen shot to show up. Trying again.
