Where to change BG1 and BG 2

Hello,

Please take a look at the attachment for clarification, but I have searched and searched and searched, but I just can’t find where to change this Background color.

Hi,

1) Go to Page Builder > Footer > GLOBAL.

2) Open Row 2 and 3 settings. Background can be changed from Row > Background panel.
