Dear TB Team,

I use Zopim as chatting tool for our customer. I already successful installed it by modifying the header,tpl. But When I tried to browse my site via android phones, it seem that Zopim chat is not following the user scroller.
Is this Shoppica issue or Zopim issue?

Hello Jati,

Unfortunately this is not a Shoppica problem. You can check https://www.zopim.com/ with a mobile device, if you want, and will experience the same problem.
