Custom menu only on primary store

Hi there

We have multi stores running on our website.We want custom menu to be displayed only on our primary store and not the rest of the stores.I did read the topic at http://support.themeburn.com/topic/customize-top-navigation-on-a-store-by-store-basis
however this is a bit confusing.

Our primary store does not have any ID.As of now we have only 1 multistore set up and its ID is 1.

Any help on this?

Thanks for immediate response.

I tried implementing the solution and was also successful however to some extent.The menu does appear on the home page i.e http://www.doonline.in but clicking on it nothing happens however when I click open in new tab,it opens in new tab but clicking there nothing happens.
