Product/Category Pages Not Working In Internet Explorer

Hi,

All of our product/category pages are having errors or just showing up as 404′s. The main page and other pages work fine. It is just the category pages like this:

http://www.preciousbedding.com/bedding-for-a-hospital-bed/bed-sheet-sets-for-a-hospital-bed

http://www.preciousbedding.com/other/pillows

The problem is only happening in Internet Explorer. FireFox and Chrome both look fine. I replicated the error on 2 different machines using Internet Explorer. I checked in Webmaster Tools and Google is seeing a lot of 404′d product/category pages.

I don’t even know where to begin debugging this problem. I tried disabling as much non-essential functionality but so far nothing has helped.

Any ideas?

This is a very critical problem for us and I am willing to pay for support to have the issue fixed if need be.

Hello Matt,

We’ve checked your website on several different machines and can’t see any problems.

Do you have modified the original Shoppica and if yes, can you please provide a list of these modifications.

We may also need admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
