Store pages take a long time to load after theme install

Hi there! I just installed the Kiddos open cart theme for a new store that I am working on, and my page load times went from 2-3 seconds to 40-60 seconds until they open. This applies to both store and admin site pages. This is all without any store content uploaded to the site yet, using only the default demo stuff that open cart comes with. I can’t believe that this is a normal behavior. Is there something that I need to disable in order to speed up page load times??? Currently using the latest release of OpenCart (2.2.0.0). Hi, Does the website speed go back to normal after you uninstall Kiddos? Have you enabled a Facebook block on the frontend? In all cases we will need to have a look, so we will need the website url, admin and ftp access. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
