Dear TB Team,

I would like to use your shoppica slideshow. The picture is already exist in my flickr account. When I add it three image to the slideshow and then save settings, the added image is missing. Why is this happen? Please help me.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I already figured it the solution.
I think the problem is the way I upload the image is wrong.
