1.2.6 release and a few errors

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesPavilion OpenCart Theme1.2.6 release and a few errors

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Hello.

I migrated from 1.2.5 to 1.2.6 version of Pavilion.

First of all. There are a few mistakes in OC_2.0.x_files_changelog.html file. Please check the list of the updated files carefully:

***
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/common/header.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/module/bestseller.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/module/bestseller.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/module/bestseller.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/module/bestseller.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/product/category.tpl
catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/product/product.tpl
***

Also after update all links for categories pages looks like:

before update /catogory-name/
after update /catogory-name/?original_route=catogory-name/

but there are no problems with product links, full path for products looks normally

Any ideas for http://speedfins.net/

Hello,

it seems we have left-over code in our release. In order to remove it manually you need to open tb_themes/pavilion/library/CatalogDispatcher.php and remove the following line:

$request->get['original_route'] = $request->get['_route_'];

We will include this fix in our next release, coming this month. It will contain the much desired OC 2.1.0.1 compatibility.

Thank you.

However now it looks like interim solution, because as a result we have two links for one page:

/catogory-name/
and
/catogory-name/?original_route=catogory-name/

After you remove the above mentioned line ?original_route= shouldn’t appear in the url at all. Are you sure you removed it and cleared the cache from the admin panel ?

Best,

I think yes.

I am still have two links for each category, system and information pages also.

For example:

/catogory-name/
and
/catogory-name/?original_route=catogory-name

/login/
and
login/?original_route=login

/brands/
and
/brands/?original_route=brands

and etc.

remove the following line: $request->get['original_route'] = $request->get['_route_']; just resolve the problems with autoumatic redirect from:
/***/
to
/***/?original_route=***

but both links still available manually.

and there are no this bug before migration from 1.2.5 to 1.2.6.

We wasn’t currently able to reach a link in ‘original_route’ in its url in http://speedfins.net/. Can you point us to a page where this issue is visible ?

So bug with $request->get['original_route'] = $request->get['_route_']; is actual in 1.2.7 too. Same way to resolve.

Also SiteMap page design looked completely better before this update.

Hi,

Can you post screens of the sitemap problem? We haven’t touched this template.

Thanks,
