Hi,
I have theme Shoppica and my site is luminousledlighting.com
I have to use fed ex to ship my products and have installed the fed ex plugin and all of the account information is inputted properly.
However, it is not working to calculate shipping, fed ex says everything is inputted correctly and ask your template company.
Once you are in you will see in dashboard at the left tab: Settings>Store>Shipping Tab
Below you will See Fed Ex and options.
What is wrong? Please help fix this. I have inputted all weights and for this product to test I have inputted size specs of box :http://www.luminousledlighting.com/products-page/cove-light/rgb-neon-flex-2/
I have spent over two weeks on it and my developer cannot figure it out. What is wrong???

You are using very old version of Shoppica theme. Your current version is 1.1.1 and latest version is 1.4.2.
Please update to latest version.

How do I download the latest version of this theme: as directed here do I have to purchase it again $55.00??? Will this really fix my problem with the shopping cart not calculating my Fed Ex pricing?

Hello,
Go to “Download” on your ThemeForest account and download theme again (already updated). You dont have to buy the theme again.
We made a lot of changes since version 1.1.1.
