Accordeon checkout page dont works

Hola. I bought a copy of shoppica v1.0.11 and works fine on a clean installation of OpenCart 1.5.1.3.1 on localhost. But when I go to the checkout page does not display the accordion. Also when I create an account popup “Privacy Policy” opens like a regular page and not as popup. I tried it in Opera, IE7 and FF. I am having the same issue, works in Chrome, Safari, FF, and IE 9, but doesn’t work in IE 7-8.	rudodd27
