"Account" box is not appearing in right sidebar

“Account” box is not appearing in right sidebar; it’s showing at bottom of the page instead showing right side of the page… for example: http://shopnify.com/account/return/insert

We see you have modified your Shoppica installation a bit.

Could you provide some more information? We may need a ftp access as well.

The problem is in one of the several vqmod extensions you have installed. If I open the page like so, the account box shows normally.
