Hi Themeburn,
I’ve read the topic in the FAQ here:
http://support.themeburn.com/topic/modify-main-menu-add-new?view=all
But it is not completely what I need.
I am trying to just get a button on my menu bar linking to my blog, so I used the steps listed in the above topic and ended up with this:
I just wanted an external link with no drop down menu so I deleted the sub menu part of it, but now I have a link and it doesn’t appear to be clickable.
This is what it the code is in the information menu template:
<li id="custom_menu_id">
<a href="http://website.com/blog" onclick="return false; ">Blog</a>
<li>
So I’m guessing that’s wrong since the link isn’t working.
Further, I really didn’t want the information to be in the menu at all, is there no other way to do this so I can add a simple link without needing to put the information in the menu? The “extras” section in the Information contains things that I had taken off of my template and it’s showing up in the menu drop down.

Ok I fixed the link clicking issue by removing the onclick=return false part, so that’s working great.
So I just need to know how to hide the Information link in the bar if that’s possible! Is there a way to just hide it with CSS?

I was able to do all this with the prior version of Shoppica.
I now have Shoppica 2, and the file shoppica_information_menu.tpl no longer exists.
What do I need to do to add Blog to my menu bar?

I’m wanting to do the same and tried adding a link to the navigation with errors. Also attempting to hide the navigation with CSS does nothing. I might be very tired so acting quite special
Could you email me the menu file with a link called BLOG?
Thanks

Any updates please? It has been a week and no answer. I’ve also emailed you. Thanks.

@nzkulture
Sorry, but we somehow missed your post here.
Here is the menu with a blog link inside. You need to replace the original file (check this topic) and fix the link to the blog.
Best,
