Another .. Cart Not Updating

Good day,

1st .. thank you for a great template. A little bit of a learning curve but still a great template overall.

2nd, I’ve read numerous issues about the cart not updating and not seeing the popup window in the upper right corner that tells us the product was added .. but none of the proposed solutions did anything to fix the issue on my site.

I have a few more details though :

1- from the error log :

PHP Warning: Missing argument 4 for Cart::add(), called in //public_html/tb_themes/shoppica2/catalog/controller/TbController.php on line 202 and defined in /public_html/system/library/cart.php on line 318

&

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: profile_id in //public_html/system/library/cart.php on line 327

2- Removing an item from the cart works as it’s supposed to.

Manzana is running the following :

Opencart 1.5.5.1
Vqmod-2.3.2-opencart
UberCheckout-OCv155.7
CanadaPostWS-REST_OCv155.1

It seems UberCheckout modifies the opencart Cart class in some uncompatible with Shoppica way. Can you send us the UberCart extension so we can test it ?

Here’s a little update about this ..

Even when i uninstalled ubercheckout .. cleared the cache .. it doesn’t want to work appropriately..

The problem is that your opencart version is 1.5.6, which is has been released soon and is not yet supported by Shoppica. We are preparing a patch, which should be available in a few days. Watch out for announcement until the end of this week.

I’m sorry but ..

As mentionned in the 1st post of this thread :

Opencart 1.5.5.1

is what I’m using .. I just double checked the store admin panel and it still lists 1.5.5.1

Hi,

Strangely, this error happens only with 1.5.6 and it seems it is not related to UberCheckout. That’s why we guessed your version is not 1.5.5.1. We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
