Background image not updating

Hi,

I really like the Shoppica Theme,

however, the background image is not being updated when I try to use the following:

Theme options > Design > Background >

Both the custom background and the custom textures do not work.

Please let me know how to fix.

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
