"Banner sets" infinite loading…

hello TB. when i click on modules > shoppica2 > banners> banner sets. there is nothing to do, infinite loading…. i can’t create a banner set. so,what to do? please reply. thx	Antonellasociete

Hi, The AJAX request at the “Banner sets” page returns a 406 (not acceptable) server error. The most common cause of this error is some server security filter e.g the Apache mod_security that is turned on by default. You can try to contact your server administrators to check the server logs for you and locate the exact reason the AJAX request is blocked. Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
