Dear Support team,

I have been waiting for more then 2 days on replying me about saving issue and shopping cart issue.

Seems that other user was also facing this problem.

Please provide your basic support for users to save their settings in your panel. I cannot do anything to save the adjustment!!

We’ve checked your website and everything worked fine with both saving theme settings and adding multiple items in the cart.

Dear support team,
When i am using chrome to access into the admin panel, the theme menu setting cannot be saved.
However, I can save the settings via IE. I don’t know the reason.

About the shopping cart issue, the problem still exists via IE and Chrome.

Hi,

We’ve made some additional research about the problem and came to a conclusion that this is not a theme related issue, but rather a server one.

Product quantity change triggers an AJAX (server) call. When you spam the server with many queries in small time period, it lags and latest queries are not processed. We’ve tried to increase the memory limit from your php.ini, but with no success.

What you can do here is to ask your hosting provider about some server limitations that can provoke this problem.

Is it possible to change the format of the product quantity to dropdown options as 1-12?
or just let the user input the no. of products they needed without calculation?

Really need your help, this issue will trigger off server down easily.

Hi,

We’ve come to another simple solution. We’ve put a timeout to prevent the AJAX request flood and now only the last query in 300 ms is processed.

Can you please check?

2. Can you advise on the area controlling the size of description text in Product Listing? I’ll try to make it smaller.
3. I added extra CSS into the Custom Stylesheet section. However, the text are still aligning left.
