Burnengine theme installation error

Hello,

I installed OpenCart 2.3.0.2 and i upload files from trendo_v.1.0.7/OpenCart_v2.x with FTP.

I have gone to the extensions/extensions menu and I have selected “themes” and “BurnEngine” appears to me. I give the “plus” button to the right and i get the following error:

BurnEngine has not been installed due to the following reason(s):

There is no theme compatible with BurnEngine to be applied. Please, check your /home/natulique1/domains/tiendanatulique.com/public_html/system/vendor/BurnEngine/themes folder. It has either missing or invalid theme files.
Please, correct the errors above and then try to install the theme module again

I have deleted all the installation and database from opencart and I started from scratch, and the same thing happens to me.

What’s the problem?

I have tested with the version 2.2.0.0 of OpenCart and it happens exactly the same. I have tried everything and I can not install the theme. The same error appears.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Sorry, after a thousand tests I detected that the server did not accept the .bin files and rejected them. The solution was to load them renamed and then rename them to the server and all correct.
