Hello,
When i upload my own image in the Shoppica 2 extension -> Theme Background, it won’t work out on my site.
I just want an other background on my shop.
Any ideas on how to fix it?
I’m using the latest Opencart version.
Thanks in advance!

Dear TB Support,
Strange that you are’nt reacting to this one?
There are 2 people needing some help overhere. And i don’t think that we’re they only one.
So again, how to display the image i upload as background. Because it isn’t working.
Thanks

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
P.S. Generally, we reply to oldest topics first. So, when you bump a topic (intentionally or not) it goes backwards in the support queue.

How do i know which third party extension it is where you are talking about?
If i know which extension it is, i can delete it or than ask the developer for help..
Thanks!

@Rovara
Most likely the problem is caused by some SEO tool. Usually, they mess with urls.
The best way to check, which is the problematic extension is to disable all one by one and see, when the bug disappears (you may need to clean the vqmod cache each time).

i”ve disabled all my extensions (as well as the VQMOD extensions) and cleared the cache. But nothing happened. No costum background appears.
So i thinks this isn’t the problem.
Do you have other suggestions on how to fix my custom background???

Try the following workaround. Open catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/tb/schemer.tpl and replace
<?php echo $this->url->link('tb/saveSchemer'); ?>
with
index.php?route=tb/saveSchemer

Hi Kevin,
Everything should be OK now. There was an extra slash before the link, that was causing problems.
