can't get plugin to configure with woo commerce?

The design tool is setup here on a page:

I have it setup so the only product is “Custom Card”. The customer can then select the card from the second drop-down. When you create a design and save it, you will get a dialog box with a “Buy” button. This will take you to the “Custom Card” page.

The Design Id and Design Name are filled in automatically. The issue right now is that the “card type” variation does not work. The drop-down has no options. I deleted the custom card and re-created it from scratch and it still has problems with the options. The product admin page clearly shows the 4 options for card type (CardA, CardB, CardC and CardD). I created a new product named My Card and it still has problems. The “My Card” product has no connection to webtoprintX so there is something in Woocommerce that I am missing. Could you please find out what the issue is? Try to fix the My Card first, since it is a brand new product and has no ties to the webtoprintX tool.

Yes, it works with default theme.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Can you please check if it is working now? We can select CardA, CardB, CardC, etc.

About your problem with webtoprintX tool, this is not theme related and you have to ask in woocommerce support forum.

It is theme related. Once the design is created, and you try to buy the design, you have no option to progress. When I switch to a generic theme this option is available and works perfectly.

Can you please look into this further, maybe even try and create a card?

Unfortunately, this is not a trivial modification and we are doing our best to fix it. We dont know when we can get it work.

As exclusive authors we dont manage any sales and you have to ask Envato staff for refund.
