Can't load Banner Sets

Hi, I have been trying to load the banner sets under Shoppica 2 module but it gets stuck at “loading …” for at least half an hour. I have tried several times on different computers and browsers. I then try to install Banner under the generic opencart control panel, and the problm remains. I have also check that the Banners extension under Shoppica 2 is installed. My website is still relatively untouch from the standard site provided for new purchases of Shoppica 2 for opencart. The original banners are still running ok and I can enable/disable them at will.	chewern

Another big problem cropped up. I was in opencart control panel, in shoppica module. I clicked on banner sets and see the same “Loading …” for many many minutes. So I decided to exit back to module. I got kicked out of opencart control panel immediately. Thereafter, when I try to login opencart control panel, I can’t do so on the same browser. I tried the same steps in another broswer (IE 10), same issue after I click away from Shoppica bannet sets. Now all my broswers on my main desktop (Win 7) are unable to login opencart control panel. I rebooted my computer to no avail. I next tried the same steps on my iPAD Safari broswer. Same problem. I have contacted Arvixe host and they have opened a case after Arvixe online tech staff faced the same problem on his end after following my steps. Please look into these issues urgently as these problems are causing me massive delays in developing my site.	chewern

I have a temporary fix, which is to manually delete the cookie embedded by my website. I think Shoppica banner set interacting with open cart control panel may have created a problem in the cookie code generated.	chewern

ok, I think i have isolated the cookie that is causing the problem. I deleted one cookie at a time and tested login opencart control panel after each delete. The following cookie upon deletion resolved the problem on the browser. Name: ui-tabs-1 Content: 1 Domain: xxxxxxxxxxx.com Path: /admin Send for: Any kind of connection Accessible to script: Yes Created: Friday, October 25, 2013 9:33:36 AM Expires: Wednesday, April 17, 2019 9:33:36 AM	chewern

Thanks. The problem did not recur although I have not change anything except to delete the cookie installed by my own site. It is likely a one off occurence that particular day. Quirks of a complex system perhaps.	chewern
