Can't save the settings

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Hello,

We are launching a new version of our website using your Pavilion theme. Unfortunately the settings are not being saved in the pavilion panel and when we click on “Update Settings” button, the loading indicator just keeps spinning and no settings are being saved.

Once ago we had this problem on our local setup and we had to setup everything from scratch. Please help us with to solve this issue. We are behind our schedule and need to launch the website by the end of this.

Below is the login credential for your reference.

Thank you again,

Just wanted to clear things out for you. The “Save Content Settings” button is working but the “Update settings” button within each block is not working and the loading page just keeps spinning with “Updating block settings” message.

Hi,

We see that you have some custom OC installation that causes a javascript error in Pavilion CP.

Can you try to restore this core OC file:

Hello,

We had renamed the admin folder for the security purposes and it looks like Pavilion is not working under this situation. That would be great if you could fix this issue in your next release so that it works independently of the admin folder name.

I’m encountering the same problem where the loading indicator just keeps spinning and no settings are being saved. Help!

@cindybee

Have you renamed the admin folder, or you just can’t save settings? Maybe this fix will work for you:
