Changing Slug messes things up

Gosh I keep having to post about problem after problem so thanks for bearing with me.

For one reason or another the products page on my site had its slug changed to products-pag. I went to the page to try changing it back but then that screwed everything up. Is there a way to change it without unlinking all of the other pages?

Same issue when I change the slug for a category page.

Hi. So I switched hosts and now when I try to go to redballoontoystore.com/e/wp-admin/options.php , it gives me a blank page.
