Checkout layout out in Google Chrome

Hi there

Updated the latest version of shoppica and on clicking checkout I see that the layout is correct on firefox & IE. However there is an issue with the google chrome layout as per the attached jpg. Chrome version 36.0.1985.125 m.

I would appreciate you advice.
