At checkout page, the accordion will auto collapse when next button press.

Is this problem appearing when using the default theme? Unfortunately we were not able to login with either admin nor ftp account. Can you please check?

Hello.

Sorry, I give you wrong password for admin.

For FTP, our hosting company said it cannot be access from another country except Malaysia.

Hi,

We’ve checked your website and it seems that the checkout template file has some duplicate JS. You just need to take original catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/template/checkout/checkout.tpl from theme package, put it on your server to replace the damaged one.
