Checkout Pay Page Errors

My checkout pay page when click to pay an order, is a bit awkward.

The website is http://www.pharmlifecare.com/

Check out the screenshot i attach.

Except from that array things, i does not show the submit button.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
