Color Schemer

I am having problems with the Shoppica Color Schemer in v2.2.3.  When you hit the launch button it takes me directly to my website url and the color schemer does not launch.  Can someone help me determine why this is happening?

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
