Control Panel will not stop loading

Hello, Control panel will only work on theme settings. Fire slider and I believe its called page builder just show a circle in the middle of the screen continuously. I have attached photos. Everything has been working great and all of the sudden this started. No changes were made immediately before the issue started. Thank you, Joshua	Joshua5259
