COUPON problem – please help… desperate to find a solution

OC 1.5.6.4. BurnEngine. I’ve set-up a coupon with usage once per customer. 2 coupons in total. I can apply the coupon many times, and it does not register. I have set – payment on delivery… Coupons are not recording at all… on normal theme it works… Any ideas? At least please tell me where to investigate (to search logs for errors, or database recording on usage?) Thanks.	n3xn3x

Hi, Our themes do not modify the cart/checkout logic in any way so this should not be a theme related issue. Anyway, can we take a look at the live website? We will need need admin access to check your configuration. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
