Hi, I have a couple of questions, I’d really like some feedback on.

First off, I wanted to know how I could either center, or space out the navigation links in the menu bar.My site is: http://lush-haul.com/

As you can see, the category/navigation links are positioned to the left, and there’s a large amount of empty space to the right of the links, so I’d like to either center them, or space each link out.

Second, I’d like to remove the “My account”, “Checkout”, & “Shopping Cart” links, in the header area, and move the shopping cart icon below the horizontal line, to the same line and position as the navigation/category links, so that I can center my logo. Also, I wanted to know, if I could create a bar above the logo, and place the search tool, currency selector, & ‘login/create an account’ feature above my logo. For example, on the following website, the search bar, country selector, etc. are all featured in a bar above the site header.
