Hi :)

I have a small problem with the Stories module in Pavilion. The problem is that the description text field disappears. I can see it for a second but then it disappears. I’ve updates the theme to the latest version (v1.2.9) and I also tried it in different browsers and on different computers and they all have the same problem.
I added a screenshot to show the problem :)

I hope you can help me :)

Hi,

Most likely there is a JS problem that halts the initialization of the CKeditor in the description field.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check the source of the problem.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

The webstore urls in your OpenCart configuration (administration) has a port (:80). This is breaking the initialization of CKEditor custom modules in Stories and then the CEditor itself.

1) You can either remove these ports, or…

2) …manually replace urls for CKEditor custom extensions in admin/view/template/stories/form.tpl – row 231, 232, 233
