Hi,

I have discount defined for some products, but the Discounts tab in Product page shows nothing.

I don’t know. In my old site based on OC1.5, it does.
In this OC2.0 site, I have installed Pavilion theme from the beginning, so I can’t say.

Hi,

It is a common test to switch to the default theme from Admin > Settings. You will not loose any data.

P.S. We are talking about switching themes only and NOT uninstalling theme module.

I did the switch to default, fixed a problem with the product catalog (Start date of discount was not set) and then it started showing up in default theme, as in:

I can see:
VAYU-3G (HSPA, Asia/EU)
Brand: Yantrr Electronic Systems
Product Code: VAYU-3GHN-A
Availability: In Stock
$87.00
10 or more $84.00

But when I switch to Pavilion theme, it doesn’t show anything under the Discounts TAB now.
I switch back to default, and it shows up.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm this problem locally. We will need admin access, so we can we check your theme settings configuration (old access data does not work anymore).

Hi Ash,

Your theme settings seem OK. Unfortunately, we cannot see this problem locally.

We will need access (ftp) for your server to find out what is wrong.
