How can I modify the breadcrumbs function in core.php to display second level sub-categories in the breadcrumbs. Currently the breadcrumbs only display the first level category.

Thanks a lot for that!
However, I am noticing a very strange issue some sub categories are showing in the breadcrumbs, whereas others are not. I have deleted the rogue subcategories, re created them, re assigned the products, but still nothing 
The sub categories not showing are : shelves>wall shelves, storage > toy boxes and seating > stools
Strangely enough, the other sub categories under the parent category show absolutely fine.
Any idea why this may be?

We checked everything but we cant find why they dont appear on this categories. Please contact the woocommerce support and ask them about this.
