Effect when Adding a Product to the Cart

Dear Support,

in the demo website I can see that once a product is added to the cart, then it just appear a window in javascript to inform me the item is added, but this don’t happen in my store: when I add a product then the page is reloaded and it appear a box (different from the demo site) that inform me the item is added and shows a link to go to the chart.

I’d like to have the same as the demo site: http://shoppica-wordpress.com/

Please guide us in order to let it happen.

Hi,

Woocommerce doesn`t support ajax add to cart on product page. Ajax add to cart is working only on categories, shop page and widgets.

after 10 days from my question, are you able to give an estimate for the ajax feature in the product page?

It’s quite weird to have the ajax feature in the category page and not in the product page.
For the user this impact very much.

Hello,

We are not able to give an estimate, because this is not easy modification. We have to change a lot in Woocommerce which is causing a lot of problems.

When we are ready we will submit theme patch.
