Hey,

I’ve enabled the Social Share icons via the Theme Options.

It looks like there has been space allocated for the Facebook ‘like’ button but it’s not showing, even if I go full width on the template.

Any ideas?

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

There problem is conflict between our code and plugin.

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://w.sharethis.com/button/buttons.js?ver=3.5'></script>

Please remove the plugin which use sharethis button and all should be okay.

Hello,

I’ve deactivated all plugins except the WP e-Commerce one.

It’s still not working. I’ve even tried disabling the Social Share and the layout gets messed up.

we fixed your problem, it was not showing because of App ID, we removed it and now everything is working.
