Hello,
I use Pavilion for over 4 months, but for the first time today I have experienced a 500 error message. The host said that it’s theme related and in the cPanel error logs I have found the following:
/.htaccess: php_value takes two arguments, PHP Value Modifier
Could you please help me?
Thanks,
Mihai

Can you provide an url to your site so we can check ? Does the 500 error message appear every time ?

sure, it’s
and yes, it appears since yesterday…also I have discussed with my hosting provider and they swear that they did not do anything to the servers and it’s an opencart thing…but the only thing that I have done with it it has been through Pavilion…
Thanks,
Mihai

This does not look like a Pavilion error. Can you remove the .htaccess file from your root directory to see if the error disappears ?

Hello,
Renamed the .htaccess file and now it works, thank you very much for this !
But won’t this affect certain aspects of the website?
Thanks,
Mihai

It would affect the seo urls, if you use them.
Some directives from your .htaccess are not compatible with your hosting. This does not have any connection with Pavilion as the theme does not touch this file. This shows how much effort does your hosting support put in the answer “It’s theme related”.
