Error in home page with cookie law plugin

Hello: I am trying to activate a plugin for cookies consent, specifically is this: http://wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-law-info/ Whenever I activate it, the home of my website shows the following error at the top (see image attached. I wonder if you could fix it or give me some information on how to do it. Thanks	david5150
