Hi,
We see you have now the Shoppica warning message.
Please, be sure, you have followed all the installation steps from the theme documentation.

The installation of Open Cart is correct. I don’t undertand where is the error
|
|
Well, you haven’t done one of these three (or all of them together):
1) You have not installed the Shoppica 2 module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find ‘Shoppica 2 CP’ and click ‘install’.
2) You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (after the // Front Controller):
// TB
$controller->dispatch(new Action('common/tb', array('front' => $controller)), new Action('error/not_found'));
3) You have not replaced the opencart core files (system/engine/controller.php and catalog/model/setting/extension.php ) with these provided with the Shoppica package.
All this could be found in the documentation.

ThemeBurn team

All of these three steps has been done but we will try a new installation.

Hi,
If you still experience problems, we can take a look at your installation. We will need ftp and admin access in this case.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I have tried several times the installation and ever i had the same error.
This is my configuration server
Thanks for your attention
|
|
Please I need any solution. Thanks.
|
|
You have my ftp data to see what you want. How hard is the solution? This is a clean installation of OpenCart and Shoppica on a server that meets the requirements. Thanks.
|
|
It’s really frustrating not to find a solution to a problem which in principle is easy: install OpenCart + Shoppica. You have my ftp data and 9 days ago I explained my mistake in the forum. I installed and reinstalled several times OpenCart (no error), I copied the files Shoppica and I always get the same error when I install the module Shoppica. It is a mistake I can not solve. I’d like to heed.

The errors arise are due to unmet server requirements for OpenCart/Shoppica.
The PHP version of your server is 5.1.6.
You need PHP 5.2+ in order to get OpenCart/Shoppica working.
Ask the server administrators of your hosting to upgrade your PHP instllation.

I donĀ“t understand. These are the requirements of OpenCart:
Apache or Windows IIS
PHP 5+
MySQL
PHP Setting
Register Globals: Off
Magic Quotes GPC: Off File Uploads: On
Session Auto Start: Off
And my installation of OpenCart is fully functionally. The problem is when i install Shoppica. It’s impossible in this moment upgrade the php of my server. Any solution?

|
These are the opencart requirements. Though most of the opencart functionality might work with php 5.1.x, Shoppica won’t work with it. We followed the official opencart requirements, which are “PHP at least 5.2″, and we used 5.2 features quite a lot.
PHP 5.1. is more than six years old. It is not more officially supported and its end of life has been announced long time ago. Unfortunately there is no workaround or solution to get Shoppica working with PHP 5.1. Server upgrade is inevitable.
