Error Installing SHoppica Open Cart Theme OPENCART _v1.5.1.3.1

Hi I am trying to install Shoppica Theme for my website and coming across a problem installing it. I am using OPENCART _v1.5.1.3.1… Used to work before I had scrap the website and reinstalling opencart again and since then it started giving this error

The Error I am Getting is

“Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webadmin@kundenserver.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
