First of all, I am sorry I had to post in the comments section, but could not get to this support forum and losing a site, even if it is new, is kind of upsetting. Magically, a little while later, a letter came from themeburn.com with a new password for me at my registered email. So here I am, still with a problem, but hopefully you have a solution. Perhaps you read my comment and sent out this new password? I certainly was not given an option to request a new password from the themeburn wordpress login.

Hi. I bought your Pavillion theme and installed it in OC 2.0.1.1. I have a big problem – site is unusable. Purchase code is 53a8d131-838a-4a89-bade-49ddebbcbbca. Oh, and I made sure i installed from the OpenCar_v2.0x folder. Below is the error message where my shopping cart should be.

There are NO other extensions installed. Site was working before FTP’ing theme files.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Nope, Killer, i still know nothing. I bought this because of the author’s great reputation for tech support, but I guess he took the Christmas season off, which is understandable, so I am withholding judgement. Still, it is very saddening. I could have had a store operating by now. If I don’t get some response in the next day or so, will look for another app and request my money back from Paypal. Hate to do that. I know how hard it is to make everyone happy. So I will patiently wait for a couple of days. Will let you know if I get a solution. The auther will no doubt tell you to submit your FTP and site credentials before he can do anything, so you might want to go ahead and do that to get a jump on things.

OK, i tried to save you guys some work, thinking maybe I messed up installing OC, so I reinstalled it. No joy. Same problem. I did have to create a new database so the credentials are a little bit different now.

@Mexicomike,
we are sorry this thread took so long.

it seems you have missed point 3) from the installation documentation. We installed the theme’s module and it seems everything works fine.

Best,
