I have a small bug/error msg regarding wishlist on shoppica 212

admin error log says

2012-07-02 23:12:54 – PHP Notice: Undefined variable: action in C:\Ampps\www\myshop\catalog\view\theme\shoppica2\template\account\wishlist.tpl on line 36

the code line 36 is
<form action="” method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data” id=”wishlist_form”>

this happens when a customer that has product on wishlist logs in.
the wishlist appears and apparently there´s nothing wrong !

I had a few vqmods working but I took them all out, cleared caches, disabled and enabled wishlist on shoppica 212 cp but error still appears

any idea what this might be ?
