Hi, Can you please provide a link, admin and ftp access so we can check? You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. BR, |

Hi Shawn, We’ve checked your installation and tried to analyze the problem, but unfortunately cannot go through the payment process, since it is request a real money transfer. Do you have a change to duplicate your installation and use the Paypal debug (test) mode? BR, |

Hi! I can change the PayPal mode to debug but we would need to schedule a date time to do this for a few hours (I am in EST time zone btw) so the website is still live. Or, maybe we can address the other errors first, and then work on the PayPal one afterwards? These would be some of the other errors in the error log: PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/… PHP Notice: Undefined index: inherit in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 4 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 42 PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 42 PHP Notice: Undefined index: inherit in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 5 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 53 PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/view/template/theme_design_typography_item.tpl on line 53 PHP Notice: Undefined index: limit in /…/system/vendor/BurnEngine/widget/BestsellerProductsWidget.php on line 44 |

Hi, please upgrade to the latest BurnEngine version, which was released minutes ago. It should contain fixes for the errors you are observing in the error log. About the paypal express error notice- we tested with the default theme and it gives the same notice. It seems this issue is not related to BurnEngine. Regards, |

What is the best way to upgrade without losing any settings on my setup? Thanks, |

Hi Shawn, Updating Theme/BurnEngine should not lead to data loss. It is always a good practice however to keep a valid database and files backup. BR, |
