Can’t get the freshly installed theme to look right. Followed all the instructions multiple times. Seems to not load the stylesheet or something.
No plugins installed, aside from woocommerce. twentytwelve on the other hand looks ok.
Any ideas what i can try?

The problem is not in ftp host.

I can’t explain why you wouldn’t get in.
attached a screeshot of my filezilla with those exact login details. could it be the port? I leave that empty.

i can also easily access it this way with user “kinderl” and the above password:
ftp://ftp.kinder-leicht.ch/

hey guys
i need to set up this shop in the next few days. this is the first theme i have not been able to install so far. i really don’t know what else to try. could it maybe be a hosting issue?
have you been able to access the ftp now? as i said, i get in easily with those exact details.
if i cannot get this theme to work i will have to find a new one. that however would be pretty unfortunate, i really think you did a tremendous job with it and i love the look & feel.
please let me know what’s happening. thanks again

We are still not able to connect to your ftp. We tried many times from different computers.

unbelievable 
just figured out that the hoster by default denies ftp access from outside of switzerland.
i changed the setting. you should be able to access it now
here the login again:
