Experimental Cache Plugin Won't Install

Recieved my copy of the experimental cache plugin recently and installed as per instructions.

When i go to Shoppica2CP and install Smart Cache i get the following error

“You must install the “tb_hooks” vqmod in order to use this extension”

I have checked and double checked I have followed the instructions :(
