Extension Compatability Request – Option To Product

The Related Options Extension (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=14468) does not work with the default Pavilion theme.
Specifically, the options to not show in product page!.
Would you please let me know what you need to make this extension compatible?

We can try to provide a compatibility fix, but we will need the extension. Can you please, send the zip package to our email

I have purchased the “Option to Product” extension, and I have the same problems than i4xlol,
could you kindly send me the files when you finish the conversion?
I only need files for OC 2.0.1.1 version.
