Fatal Error: Cannot find the framework utils file.

I’m still getting this error when enabling the Shoppica 2 CP module and cannot seem to get the theme working. I’ve followed the documentation and this isn’t my first install but for some reason, it’s not cooperating with me. I’m getting the warning on the front end that I haven’t update the index.php – I have. And that I have not replaced the opencart core files (system/engine/controller.php andcatalog/model/setting/extension.php) with these provided with the Shoppica package. Which I have… I require your assistance.	johnkappa

@johnkappa re install the theme files and be sure about the Index file 1-Find the following two lines (approximately line 213) // Front Controller $controller = new Front($registry); 2- Insert these two lines immediately* after them: // TB $controller->dispatch(new Action(‘common/tb’, array(‘front’ => $controller)), new Action(‘error/not_found’));	alomar_m

Your Shoppica installation is not correct. You copied the content of `tb_themes\shoppica2` to your root folder, but you should have copied the `tb_themes` folder itself. You better make a new opencart and Shoppica installation. Please, follow the documentation by installing Shoppica 2. Regards, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

That does not help, I’ve tried installing it twice with no luck. I’ve paid for this and it’s not working. Very disappointed!	johnkappa

We have logged to the FTP you supplied and found that you didn’t install Shoppica correctly. You have to install the theme according to the documentation. We gave you hint about your error in the previous post – you uploaded the content of `tb_themes\shoppica2` to your root folder, but you should upload the `tb_themes` and `tb_extensions` folders. To summarize again: browse `OpenCart_v.1.5.5.1/FILES_TO_UPLOAD` from the Shoppica.zip package you download from themeforest and upload its contents to your `/public/www/oc` server folder Shoppica2 is working, you just don’t install it correctly. Installing the Shoppica 2 theme for you is outside the free support this forum provides. Regards, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
