Extension or theme related? Site doesn’t work at all with this error, so I have had to disable in the meantime.

It’s definitely theme related. Could you please re-upload all of the theme files and try again ? This errors indicates that a file is missing from the theme package.

Reuploaded and error is gone 
Is there a way to install demo content into an existing store without overwriting? Also, from the instructions the option to install the demo happens the first time run, can I get the option back without reinstall?

Hi,
To bring back the “demo data” option, you just need to uninstall and then again install the Pavilion CP module. You don’t need to upload theme files all the time.
