a few customers let me know that they cannot open featured product links (clicking on image) on my homepage.

I went to shoppica.net on my iphone and all the products on your homepage open to a product with a single click. I cannot find a setting or perhaps where my links get redirected?

probably not a good thing if my customers cannot get to products without having to change settings on their device

If you have a chance to point me in the right direction, that would be great
