Hello guys,

Thanks for your continued support, you have answered my last few questions quickly and
efficiently. I’m having a few small issues in my admin panel.

1) When I try and make changes on Shoppica CP module and click the ‘save’ button i’m always presented with this message:

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/loot/public_html/admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php:1) in /home/loot/public_html/system/engine/controller.php on line 28Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/loot/public_html/admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php:1) in /home/loot/public_html/system/engine/controller.php on line 29″

How do I fix this?

2) I’m also having a problem with the ‘error logs’ page. Everytime I go to “system/errorlogs” in my admin panel I always get this message:

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 305205351 bytes) in /home/loot/public_html/admin/controller/tool/error_log.php on line 43″

How do I fix this?

Looking forward to our reply in fixing these issues.

Thanks,
Deepak.

Thanks I worked out the 2nd issue, deleted the error.txt and its all fixed.

But the 1st issue is still a problem. I have not edited these files

/catalog/language/english/module/shoppica.php
/system/engine/controller.php

So I can’t work out why the error messages are there. Can I send you my FTP details? What’s the next step?

Thanks again for your continued support.

Please, attach this file here:

/catalog/language/english/module/shoppica.php

P.S. You will need to archive it, so it could be attached

There are lots more problems on the site including errors when you click on wishlist, account, change the currency.

How to fix these errors?

The wishlist, account buttons and currency sections are now fixed.

Saving anything in the shoppica control panel module still brings up this error message:

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/loot/public_html/admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php:1) in /home/loot/public_html/system/engine/controller.php on line 28Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/loot/public_html/admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php:1) in /home/loot/public_html/system/engine/controller.php on line 29″

Sorry for the delayed answer. Your /catalog/language/english/module/shoppica.php looks fine. Can you also attach your admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php file ?

Thanks for your reply.

As requested I have attached the file to this email.

Please let me know what you find.

Thanks.

This file also looks fine. We may need access to your server to see if this is really a Shoppica bug.

Thanks, let me know what you find.

I’m really keen to get this problem fixed.

Hello,

We have fixed your shoppica language file on your server – admin/language/english/module/shoppica.php. As we supposed, you have edited this file manually and you have saved the file with wrong encoding – the file’s encoding was UTF-8 with signature. You should save all of the files you edit with the following encoding: UTF-8 without BOM signature. This should be a setting to choose in your prefered editor.

You can check this and this post for more information on the topic.
