Filre Slider: Need Left-Right arrows to show up on hover

Currently there is no way to show that there are slides left or right until one goes to the edge and then the arrow shows up.

This doesn’t give the person browsing that there is more to look for.

How can we change the appears of left/right arrows on hover?
