Hi Support,

After the Pavillion installation, i am getting a page full of errors, can you please check the screen shot and suggest a solution

Details are below. Please note that the Pavillion CP does shows empty Menu Composer, Empty Theme Fonts and Facebook… unable to add anything as the page is empty.. please check that as well.

Would appreciate a quicker reply.. I am unable to customize much as most of the tabs on the CP have a lot missing.. e.g Can’t change font as there the panel is blank, The banner tab has only upload option, no linking other options as shown in your video. Menu is also blank even after i switched off the default.

update: The error from the home page disappeared after i deleted the pre installed blocks from the “home” but there are issues which are yet to be solved

- Menu is not giving me any option, it is blank.. even after i deactivated default menu
- When i build blocks, the text blocks along with other are empty. There is no field to put in Text
- Font menu shows blank page, i am unable to enter, select or see any font
- Facebook and Twitter – Both these tabs are blank, so place to put any codes or details
- Footer- Unable to display anything in the footer as text cant be entered into any blocks
- Banner block, once i user a banner block, it wont let me drag another banner block from right menu, the only option i have is to duplicate existing banner boxes and then move them.

Please solve these issues urgently. I have to go live in a day.

Hi,

You had your only language (in Admin > System > Localization > Languages) disabled. This was causing all errors you have listed. After enabling the language, everything works just fine.

You could uninstall / install Pavilion CP and then import sample data to be sure, you have no information missing.

One last thing… how can i give a border to product images on the product page (Main product image and additional images)
